The gala dinner was a wonderful occasion to celebrate Australia’s strong recruitment and talent management sector, with everyone in the room sharing the collective commitment to delivering integrity and excellence to all stakeholders.

Leaders IT’s Innovation award is credited to their ground-breaking Capacity Uplift Program (CUSP). This 12-month development program was specially designed to assist organisations across Australia fast track the development of IT talent from pools previously not available to them. The program includes personalised mentoring sessions with their in-house mentors who tailor development plans to address both technical and professional skills.

In addition, their in-house psychologists facilitate practical workshops on topics such as time management, creative problem-solving, and business communications. The ultimate objective is to nurture individual growth, instilling confidence, and competence to thrive in Australia’s competitive IT industry and secure permanent employment.
